Natural Gas Burner is a device, which creates a mixture that will provide air and fuel controlled and efficient combustion. Burners selected in accordance with the boiler will positively affect the combustion quality and efficiency.
General principle of these devices is to achieve the ideal combustion conditions by increasing the combustion efficiency, preventing environmental pollution and saving energy.
In the selection of the burner, the type must be determined according to the characteristics of the combustion chamber, taking into account both the operating principle and the characteristics of the control system.
AS MİMSAN HEAT TECHNOLOGY, we provide two different burner brands to our customers.
GOKCE brand burners, which have been produced with domestic capital for about 50 years in our country, and RIELLO brand burners, which have been produced with 90 years of Italian technology, work in full compatibility with our MIMSAN branded boilers.
If gas fired forced blowing burners are used in the buildings as per the requirements of Energy Performance Regulation;
In systems with heating capacity up to 100 kW (86.000 Kcal/h), single stage;
In systems with heating capacity between 100 kW (86.000 Kcal/h) and 600 kW (516.000 Kcal/h), two stage or proportionally controlled burners; in systems with a capacity of 600 kW (516.000 Kcal/h) and over, only proportionally controlled burners; in systems with a capacity of 3000 kW (2.580.000 Kcal/h) and over, proportionally controlled burners with flue gas oxygen control system are permitted.
Single Stage Natural Gas Burners are adjusted once according to the heat drawn, and ensure that the fuel is burnt in the same amount continuously. The burner operates in ON-OFF mode.
Two-Stage Natural Gas Burners can operate at maximum and minimum load depending on the heat absorbed. In the first activation, it starts at minimum load and switches to maximum load depending on the heat requirement. This type of burners work without impact.
Proportionally Controlled Burners can automatically adjust their capacity according to the changing load. This type of burners can reduce the working load up to 20% of its maximum capacity.
